PAYMENT INFO: Cash is strongly preferred. All Credit/debit transactions will require an additional service/processing fee. I do not accept Zelle or Venmo. CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior or there will be a $50 cancellation fee and deposit required for all future appointments! CONFIRMATION POLICY: * All patients will receive a confirmation notification. It is required that all patients reply to this confirmation at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. * If the appointment is not confirmed, it will be considered a cancellation. This will result in a $50 cancellation fee. * This practice has been put into place to protect the ability for all patients to be able to schedule accordingly, as well as the time it takes for each appointment.
