CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior or there will be a $50 cancellation fee and deposit required for all future appointments! CONFIRMATION POLICY: * All patients will receive a confirmation notification. It is required that all patients reply to this confirmation at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. * If the appointment is not confirmed, it will be considered a cancellation.
